An overgrown parcel outside Gallipolis was cleared of trees, stumps and brush, with topsoil saved and the land rough-graded for its next phase.
The Challenge
This parcel outside Gallipolis had not been touched in years and was thoroughly overgrown with trees, stumps and brush. The owner wanted it cleared to make room for a future home site and a garden area. Before any of that could happen, the land needed to be opened up, cleaned off and shaped so it would drain properly.
What We Did
Our crew removed trees, stumps and brush across the parcel and hauled the debris off site. Rather than losing the good soil, we stripped the topsoil and stockpiled it so it can be used later for the garden area and final landscaping around the home site.
With the parcel cleared, we rough-graded the property so it drains properly and has a workable shape for what comes next. The result is open, usable ground ready for the next phase of building, with topsoil on hand for when it is needed.
