Septic System Replacement in Jackson, Ohio
Soggy ground, slow drains and odors in Jackson pointed to a failed septic system, replaced with a new tank and leach field sized for the household.
The Challenge
A Jackson homeowner called us about soggy ground over the leach field, slow drains and a smell in the yard. Those are classic signs of a failing septic system. After inspecting the site, it was clear the old system had reached the end of its life and that repairs would not be enough. The household needed a complete replacement.
What We Did
Our crew carefully removed the old tank and the failed lines, then excavated for a new tank and leach field sized for the household. Throughout the job, we worked around the existing landscaping and utilities on the property to keep disruption to the yard as limited as possible.
We bedded the new lines properly so they will distribute effluent evenly through the field. After everything was installed, we backfilled and regraded the yard so surface water stays off the new field and does not overload it, giving the new system the best chance at a long, trouble-free life.
